Potty Training a 2 year old Harlequin

I just adopted a 2 year old Harlequin a couple of weeks ago. She is from a breeder farm she had to be spayed and so they were giving her away. And now she is a part of our family. We keep her inside, but she refuses to go to the bathroom outside!!!! Please help me!!! We love her I don't want her outside, but I need help. How do I train her all over again to go do her business outside.

It's a bit late to start training a dog to go outside when she has probably spoent all her life cooped up in a kennel.

The are no magic formulae.

All I can suggest is keep walking her outdoors and praise her for walking by you and if she ever does go give her a treat.  Make sure you TAKE her outside after each meal and when ever she wakes up.  She may eventually et the idea.
