great dane stools

Question
My son has great danes and he is going to iraq and i am trying to help his wife with these dogs.
my real question is i have never seen dogs that have such runny stools and they are what i would consider skinny. the stools are extremely smelly. i need to know how they should be fed and what is the best to feed them to get this under control. please send me as much info as possible.

Get them to a vet as this is not normal.  The stools should be firm to hard.

We recommend raw tripe, beef brisket or breast of lamb, minced and mixed with a good biscuit meal or complete meal.  Not Royal Canin or IAMS or any of the very expensive foods as all the advertising has to be paid for by the price of the food.  Wafcol, Gilpa Dr Johns and TPMS are good foods and serve our dogs well.
