Great Dane pup: Weight and feeding

My. 12 week old Mantle, Sadie, recently survived Parvo.  She currently weights
25lbs., and she is getting gorgeous!  I just want to make sure I can help her "be
all that she can be" with regards to her eventual size--and I have been learning
about the potential growth problems these dogs can have.  Both her Mum and
Dad are quite large and healthy, and I just don't want to screw her up.  Some
advice from you would be much appreciated, kind sir.

Make sure you treat her like a dog not a sickly baby once she has recovered.

Why wasn't she vaccinated against parvo?  I thought everyone did that these days as a matter of course.
