bladder leak?

I have a 7 month old male great dane.  He was well potty trained since I live in an apartment and had to bring him out each time to go... and then he got a treat.  He was potty trained pretty well by 13 weeks, but about a month later I noticed he would walk while peeing... all over the carpet.  I thought it would go away on its own, but it didn't.  So I brought him to the vet... no urinary infection... I still keeps happening, sometimes he'll pee and then run to the door, other times he'll walk around, and when I see the pee spots all over the floor he runs to the door. I'm going crazy, I don't know what to do he's ruining the house with pee streaks... any suggestions???

It does sound like a bladder problem.  He needs to have access to an outdoor run at all times and make sure he goes before he comes in.

If you look at previous answers I have given you will see why I recommend that people do not have danes in an apartment.
