danes allergies

Question
my great dane had a bad rash kind a like pimpples all over
his body for awhile it just kept getting worst finally a
change his food and his been on blue buffalo for about two
months all of skin clear out except for his snout ,right
under his nouse and chin he looks like 16 year old whith
real bad acne. Try different things like allergies sprays
and lotions but they dont do anything.He is only ten months
old and i am worried his face is going to scared for ever.

Acne is quite common in Great Dane puppies. Has he been neutered? You can try Veterycin, this is an anti-microbial. It kills a wide variety of single cell organisms. It is also an anti-fungal so it works for many different things. It kills Staph Infection, Strep, Fungus, Ringworm and may other things. It will kill bacteria from the spray site within 30 seconds.

If he has not been neutered, he needs to be, and his skin will clear up. Unless of course you are showing him then obviously he wouldn't be neutered.

You can try some ointments that can be prescribed by your veterinarian but a lot of times they do not work. He will not have scars on his face unless someone picks at the pimples. Let them go down on their own, do not pop them, this will cause scarring.
