Question
I recently got a Great Dane she is 3 1/2 almost four months old.  I also have another dog he is a Vizla about little over a year old. I am looking for a good quality food that is not too expensive that both of them can eat.  Is there something out there or will I need to by two different foods, like I currently am?  If not can you tell me of a good food for my Great Dane, again not too expensive.  I currently have her on what the breeder was feeding her (Diamond dry dog food) and have come to find out that Diamond dog food is not a good brand at all, and would like my girl to live as long as possible. I was looking at the Canidae dry dog food, but I am unsure and there are so many brand out there.

Answer
I recently started feeding my great dane Canidae dry food and I am loving it just as much as he is. I'm feeding half as much as what I was with the other brand I had been feeding, he is alot softer now that he is on Canidae too and it says on the bag it is good for all ages and sizes/breeds of dogs.
I also am giving my dane HylaSport canine joint supplement powder in his food so he is still getting the glucosamine and chondroitin that he needs to help maintain healthy joints.
Canidae is definately something you could feed both your dogs.
