ankles

I have a 31/2 yr. old Dane at 170 lbs. she is knuckling her right rear toes and does put weight on the leg and the ankle seems wobbly any ideas on what this can be? she sees the vet friday but i'm a nervous wreck in the meantime

It sounds as though she has developed a case of WOBBLERS for which there is no cure just medication to ease the discomfort.  The vet may disagree since he is able to examine in the flesh.  We had one that lived for several years before going completely off his legs.
