Hair Loss in Keshound

Hi my Keshound (Penny) has been losing a lot of hair.  At first we thought it was because the weather was chaning but now she has a bald patch of hair loss under her neck.  We gave her a good bath and tried brushing her but its seems as though she doesn't want us to brush her.  Is their any kind of topical treatment I can get for her?

Without having a diagnosis about why the hair is falling out, Icannot recommend anything specific.  Take her to the vet to see if it ia a disease like allergies, a yeast infection, a rubbing collar creating trauma, or something else.  Then the vet can prescribe a treatment for your dog.
