My puupy 4 month old Golden is having troubles this evening - she has thrown up twice and she is having problems urinating - it seems to just hit her and she lets out a small stream of urine.   When outside she seems to be having difficult with going to the bathroom.

Sounds like she might have a urinary infection. A bladder infection isn't that uncommon at this age. Cystitis is very painful and makes them feel as if they need to go right away but when they do, it's a small amount.

The best thing to do is get her into the vet's as soon as possible.
I would call and talk to an on-call vet tomorrow if I were you and see if it's okay to wait until Monday.
I would say yes but better to ask a vet.
