suddenly sick dog

My outside boy dog has been acting sick for two days now. He has a loss of appetite, vomiting, lethargic activity. There are no poisons in the yard, and I can't find a bite mark on him. He won't eat,or drink water, and lays around. What possibles diagnoses could it be?
