my dog wont eat and is losing weight

QUESTION: no have not seen a vet yet should be able to see him on tuesday.The dog is around 9yrs old.Ihave been feeding him olroy dry dog food in the 50lb bsg(just SD water an makes gravy,,,,ha ha he)hes been eating that for years and about once a week or so i would mix a can of wet food in far a treat.I am thinking either a tooth problem,or maybe silver posioning from my pool(been using the same algae killer for 5 Ayers and have never had a problem).Hes lost around 25lbs or so over the last 2 weeks,and is very playfull.nothing has really changed in the since januray.another than my son went back to school.he no longer barks when people are at the door.Me and my son feed him some honey today,and some broth from a can of food (just by smearing some on the side and front of his moth so he would have to lick it off).About 30 minutes or so later he threw it up(looked white with bubbles and kinda a yellow or greenest tint)If its a tooth problem can i use some advensol for it? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi Ted - this sounds very serious. Sorry, I think your pal is in some Systems Failure ( ? liver ) - Please get him to  vet tomorrow.. He may be too far gone to save him.  AT least the vet and look and see what is going on with his blood.  The first thing they will do is give him some fluids by I.V. and then take a blood sample.
