boney baby kitten wont eat, will drink,weezing, but active..

I have an eight week old kitten who won't eat cat food,does eat off it's mother, will drink water, is active, is weezing, is loosing weight and boney... he is so sweet and cute and sounds very congested. We have tried to give him human food to see if he will eat that, but he won't... Do you think you can help??

First of all this kitten should have been weaned by now. He isn't getting enough nutrition for his age. He won't eat solids either because he has some structural issues with his throat, his stomach or lower, or he is sick with leukemia or another respiratory virus.

He needs immediate veterinary care or he isn't going to last much longer. Since you already know he has a great, loving personality, you should not hesitate to get him into the vet TODAY!

There is no reason not to take him and every reason to get him there pronto. He will not survive much longer without some medical help now.
