My dog is having some issues and im worried

My dog has been throwing up a orange bile i haven't seen her do it in a couple of days.  she is a huskey sharpe mix she is 2 1/2.  Now she seems to be sluggish n has been whimpering a lil when she gets up.  Please help me i dont have alot of money and cant afford alot of tests at the vet i need help to try to identify the problem so i can tell the vet and wont have to do alot of tests.  any help would be great thank you so much.

Well I am confused. First you said she is vomiting then you tell me she hasn't vomited in two days. So what is the issue now?

If she cries it could be because her stomach hurts. It sounded like she had a case of pancreatitis from eating something she shouldn't have.

I can't tell you much more because you didn't tell me much.
