10 years old cat

Question
My 10 years old cat has mucus and can't cough it up. He keep trying to cough something up but can't . He eats  and Yesterday he went to the cat litter had diarrhea.His Meows are weak.
What do you think it is ? Should we  bring him to the vet?He been like this for two days.

He might be suffering from a Upper Respiratory infection. You should take him in to see the vet if he is weak and has diarrhea anyway.
Two days is too long to be that sick. 10 yrs old is very old for cat. Some cats are really old at 10, some are not.
I would call the vet in the morning.
