My boy pitbull puppy have little white pus bumps around his mouth.what could it be?

Hard to say Nell when you can't see something. If they are truly pus-filled then he could have infections in the hair follicles, impetigo, which is contagious, or a number of things.

Something like this the vet should see and don't let it go too long.
