Dachshund puppy

Question
I have a new Dachshund puppy he is 2 days old and he was the second to be born of two. The first was born approximate 10 hours before him... Today I went to check on him and I thought that he was dead.. He was stiff as a board. So I picked him up and started to rub him.. His tong was Really red and he had bubbles coming out his mouth. I feed him some puppy formula.. and he seamed to be doing good.. I put him back in his bed W/ his mom and brother a few seconds later he made a whimper noise and did it again.. He acts like a Fainting Goat.. He ha done this a total of three times that i know of.. What do you thank it is.. Is he having Seizures?

Take your puppy to a veterinarian.  There is a possibility that he may have low blood sugar, but you should seek veterinary care to determine the problem.  Monitor body temp of the puppies - should be at least 99 and below 102.5.
