ear infection-duck

I am currently raising a baby duck. Over the past couple of days, it has been constantly tilting its head to one side and it has a tendency to walk around in circles. I have asked a veteranarian as well as the animal development teacher at my high school, and they both said it sounded like an ear infection. If this is the case, do you have any advice as to how I can treat it?

Hi Heather!  Yes, it does sound as though your duck is portraying the symptoms of an inner ear infection.  The only way to clear this up would be a veterinary visit to obtain antibiotic ear drops.  I would get her there tomorrow if you can, before the problem becomes worse!
