Puppys arm

Hello,

My pug had a litter of puppies a week ago.  They all appeared to be healthy.  Yesterday my son was holding one and noticed that he couldn't move his arm.  Upon closer inspection, this puppy's arm is flat, smaller and my son was right, the pup can't move it.  Should I be taking this pup to the vet or is there nothing that can be done?  This pup is otherwise healthy and putting on weight just like the others.

I don't know if nothing can be done. This is something you should have the vet look at now in case early intervention can help it. If you wait another week or two it might be too late.
It also might be something that is not treatable. But you won't know unless you take him to the vets.
