dogs /allergies and NuVet Products;

QUESTION: HI I read someone e-mail to you about their dog with a skin condition due to
allergies. You recommended nu vet wafers and pure salmon oil grizzly brand. Can
my  40 lb English bulldog take both or is it too much?She eats wellness reduced
fat dog  food and I thought she was getting all the vitamins etc she needed with
a high quality dog food but her skin is just like Jamie on 1/14/10 described. She has been to vet and they say allergies, other things have been ruled out. Her fur sticks out a bit in place and under the fur it looks like a bug bite ( not fleas) and on her 2 front legs she has small red spots. We want to clear this up naturally. Can you help?

ANSWER: Hi Peggy!  I would start her on Wellness Core -  Core is the grain free dog food -  I believe the Ocean Flavor would be good for her.
YOU can finish up your bag of the Reduced fat Wellness and then start on the Core / Ocean.

Also, please only feed her grain-free treats.
Wellness and Innova EVO make a grain-free treat.

Yes, your food has some great vitamins and supplements but they become weak by the heat and cooking process.  That's why I always give supplements on-top of a good quality food.

Next, Yes - Please call the NuVET folks and get the TEA Tree hot spot spray - oh, sooooooo good....
And the NuVET wafers - give her 1 1/2 Wafers per day for 30 days and then go to 1 wafer per day long term.

( you can do the salmon oil, too... Just make sure it is a PURE Salmon oil - give her 1 tablespoon per day.

QUESTION: I just ordered the nu vet stuff you rec'd. Will this help the gunk in her face folds? I was also looking at Nzymes .Are the products similar?
I hope my order arrives soon as really want my dog to improve.

NuVet products have been used at my Kennel for 3 years now.  I have over 900 clients on the NuVET wafers or powder supplements.  
As far as I can see, it Works great on 97% of all my clients.
