Is it allergies? yorkie; canine allergies supplement samples; sojo grain free dog food;

Our yorkie is 4lbs and 2 yrs old. Her skin sometimes is pink and she nibbles at her back leg and has got all the hair nibbled off. Now she has started on the other leg. Her vet told us she has allergies. He put her on Atopia pills but she vomited them up and a special shampoo. We have tried benedril and nothing seems to work. Her eyes occasionally waters. Can you help give us any suggestions.
