DOG AND HORSE QUESTION

BOTH MY DOGS HAVE TERRIBLE ALLERGIES IN SPRING AND SUMMER,CHEWING HAIR OUT, SCRATCHING AND RED SKIN. VISITS TO THE VET FOR SHOTS AND ANTI BIOTICS ARE SO EXPENSIVE, CAN YOU TELL ME A REMEDY? ONE OF THE DOGS IS A YORKIE, 8 POUNDS AND THE OTHER IS A AUSTRAILIAN SHEPARD 60 PUNDS.    
MY NEXT QUESTION:  I HAVE A HORSE WHO'S TAIL IS EXTREMELY THIN, POSSIBLE PIN WORMS, HOW DO I TREAT THIS AND GET RID OF PIN WORMS AND HOW WOULD I KNOW IT IS INDEED PIN WORMS?
