cat with runny nose

A stray cat has taken up living with us. Shes a nice cat,except for a seriously runny nose, on one side.She seems  happy and not sick, just always with the snotty nose. she doesn't really sneeze as much as she seems to be blowing her nose.And look out its allot and going everywhere.
She eats well and a lot . Sleeps and even plays with any rubber band she can find.
I would say shes about 1 year old and seems to be a healthy weight.
What can I do to help her nose?
