Head Tilt in Rabbit

Question
Hi!  I have a head tilt bunny that has been on antibiotics and is responding to treatment, very slowly.  He has been on Chloramphenicol for 2 months and just finished a 30 day course of Panacur.  He is still on the Chloramphenicol.  He was a severe case, as the first vet did not give him the correct treatment for the first month.  He eats, poops well and came out of his rolling and circling stage, finally, and now is almost back to normal.  Still some tilt but hops around like a little terror, full of beans.  I would like to know if you might recommend anything to help him along his recovery?  We give him neck massages, which he loves, he eats only organic greens and has full run of the house and the porch.  Due to the improper treatment, his down eye closed shut and so far he is only able to open it halfway.  We are hoping this will change with further treatment.  His companion bunny did not get sick and they are together 24 hours a day.
I read somewhere that vit A, B and E, as well as selenium and copper can be beneficial to rabbits with head tilt.  How to administer?
Would appreciate anything.  Thanks.
Kathy

Answer
Hello Kathy -  I wish that I could help you but I don't know anything about rabbits.  I wonder if the other alternative expert : Silvia can help you?  See if you can get some support for her?
Also, I believe we have a rabbit expert here on the All Experts site.

BEST Wishes to you two!
