heart murmur alternative treatment

I have a mix breed Chihuahua 11 months,the vet said he had a mild murmur. Are there any natural things I can give him. The doctor said they would watch it.

Yes but a mild murmur may well resolve itself without any treatment.You can give some hawthorne , vitamin e co enzyme q 10 and foods containing taurine such as kitten food. The most important issue to remember is this is not a disease but can lead to disease.
Keep exercise to minimum and keep weight of the doggy down, ensure fresh water is always available and fresh foods are better.
