i had put a collar around my puppy and her hair started falling out then i would take it of if i was not walking her but the hair has not came back yet what can i do there still a little left

Is the collar line the only place that she is loosing hair, and it the hair loss in a ring totally around her neck? If so, you may have either too wide, too stiff and/or too tight a collar. I would recommend a very thin, soft adjustable nylon collar or the same in a quality soft leather which you could use a leather conditioner on to soften even more. Leather being a more natural substance, her body may not react to it.
