Diarrhea 3 year old rescue

Hi ,

We just adopted a 3 yr. old English bulldog. Pink as she was abused little girl.  She had been an outside dog an left with a yeast infection for who's know how long and not fed properly. Pink had come in red and with little to no hair on back and mid parts of her body and weighing only 30 pounds.  

We adopted her two months after she was brought in. Yeast gone so the said. I still question that ( she has smell to her even a day after she has a bath.)  Small tiny areas of hair are growing back but still has large areas of just bare skin on her neck and back. We told that it might never grow back

. She was eating Fromm and had very loose stools almost diarrhea and a very strong urine smell. We were told that it was do to the skin infection she had for so long. her urine smells strong and we did have her checked for a U/A and it was negative.  We have since switched her to Nu vita Turkey grain free. Has not seem to help. Also tried adding white rice to her food to try help firm her up but nothing. ( for last 5 days)


Any suggestion and help would be wonderfully accepted.

NuVet Plus for bald sp   Wow,  I would think she may need to see the Vet again:  I would think she may need to be wormed again and could have a Urinary infection;  
For dogs with smell we do use a good Probiotic and also this supplement:
