Answer
You need to take your dog to the vet right away. I cannot help you with this, as there is not enough information.

Posting negative feedback when you have not provided enough information abut the issue to begin with (ie: temperature, additional symptons like diet, current eating habits, whether or not the dog has gotten into anything or been fed anything unusual) is not going to help your dog.

Any time a dog of that size is demonstrating respritory issues and/or vomiting, induced or otherwise SHOULD be enough of a concern to take the dog to the vet IMMEDIATELY. Dogs of that size are very prone to dehydration. 3 cups of digestive fluids being vomited is enough to do serious harm to your animal, ESPECIALLY since you decided to induce it. I am recommending you take the dog to the vet, as this is sounding like a life-threatening issue, something any sane and normal person would recommend.

On top of that forcing salt down an animal's throat is a serious blunder on your part, especially since you don't appear to know what the animal has swallowed to begin with. You don't induce regurgitation in an animal of that size except under the observation of a vet. This is at the very best a dangerous situation and at the very worst - life threatening.
