tennis ball size cyst on our shepherd

Question
The vet would like to remove the cyst but we do not want to put our 9 year old shepherd through it.  Is there a remedy that will help it drain on it's own?

Hi Linda- Sorry, the only thing I know is some good nutrition and supplements, This  may help for the area to burst and then drain.
