Moving to Canada from Mexico with my 2 dogs

I'm looking to move to Canada from Mexico with my 2 dogs, they both have all their vaccines including Rabies, but is it necessary to get them chipped?? What are the procedures and  certifications needed for traveling by car and flying?

To go to Canada, and/or drive thru USA, all you need is a current
health cert and rabies vac.  Recommend microchips, but not necessary
If you drive around USA very long, it may be necessary to get updated
h.c. just before going to Canada.  To be safe, contact both USA and
Canadian embassies or consulates in Mexico
Really should be no problem
