Molly top fin seems to be very flat

Hi, My black female molly, who is just gorgeous, I think she is sick because she is acting different and her top fin is push so far back that you can barely see it anymore. It almost looks she does not have a top fin anymore, but its there.  I don't see any fungus or white spots anywhere and there are no rough edges on her fin.  Our water out here is very hard but pH is good, nitrites and nitrates good.
Water temp 81 and added aqua salts for them.  Also one other thing, around her bum, it is a white color. (she just had lots of babies a couple of weeks ago, so that could be it) but it looks like the opening to her bum is all white. Like a white circle. If you want I can take a picture and send it to you. I have been adding rid all ick stuff that about it.
Any help would be great because I don't want her to die if I can help it.

Hi Wendy: I think your female molly is just tired after giving birth.  keep your eye on her bum and see if it gets worse... She probably just needs some time to recuperate.  I wouldn't continue with the rid ich medicine...save it incase you need it later.  When she is back to normal her dorsal fin should pop back up.  Dave
