Lesion on Head

Question
Hello.
I was gone for a few days only to return today and see that my Pachoo(sp)? has developed a large semi-clear, lumpy area, that has bunches of clear/whitish elevations almost like warts on the top of it's head.  He or she seems to be fine otherwise as are the other creatures in the tank. I have a 90 gallon tank with 2 lg. albino frogs, a garamie, a large sucker fish, and 2 little scaveger fish. Any ideas on what this area on it's head might be about and how I can treat it?  It occurred in 3 days.  If you are familiar with such a thing. any help you can give will be helpful.  Thank you, Shannon"

Answer
Hi Shannon;

I think it's a "Pacu" that you have. I'm not sure what the lesion is without seeing it. Since it occurred so fast it is possible it's an injury. Pacu can hit heir heads on the lid of the tank or on decorations. Keep the tank very clean to help avoid infection and help healing. If you could send me a picture of it I could take a look. Ask a followup and attach your image.
