My Oscar has 2 red lumps under his mouth can you tell me what it is and how to treat it please

hi Kelvin: those red lumps could the start of an infection or wounds for fighting or bumping into things.... I would treat them with malafix for now and see if they clear up... raise the temperature to about 80-82 degrees... add aquarium salt to the tank per its instruction and please keep me posted... dave
