silver tipped shark catfish

my silver tipped shark catfish keeps going to the surface and his antenna thing's are folded back to his side what's wrongs with him?

Hello Henaz:  A lot of times when fish hover at the surface the water chemistry in the tank is high. I would do a 20 percent water change and get the water tested.  IF the ammonia is high make sure you clean the gravel.  Another possible solution would be that he is not getting fed enough... hope this helps... dave
