Lesion on head of fish

Question
Hello.
I was gone for a few days only to return today and see that my Pachoo(sp)? has developed a large semi-clear, lumpy area, that has bunches of clear/whitish elevations almost like warts on the top of it's head.  He or she seems to be fine otherwise as are the other creatures in the tank. I have a 90 gallon tank with 2 lg. albino frogs, a garamie, a large sucker fish, and 2 little scaveger fish. Any ideas on what this area on it's head might be about and how I can treat it?  It occurred in 3 days.  If you are familiar with such a thing. any help you can give will be helpful.  Thank you, Shannon"

Answer
Hi Shannon
I'm still looking up a few things before I get back to you.  I'm kind of leaning towards a viral infection right now, and there is a few that are transmitted via frogs and a viral infection inflicting gouramis as well.  What kind of gourami is it?

Any other symptoms showing at this point?  Gotten bigger or staying the same, any redness on or around it?  No ulcers?  How are the fins and tail-normal or fraying?  Is only the pacu affected then-the other fish are fine?
