Question
What kind of fish is he? short tail
How big is he? i dont know (i bought from the shop)
How big is his tank? about 1 gallon
How long has the tank been set up? 2 week
Does it have a filter? no
Does it have a heater? no (but there is a light on top of the ceiling)
What is the tank water temperature? maybe it is above 80(it is the surouding temp)
How long have you had the fish? 2 week
How often do you clean the tank? now i only suck out the dropping of his ( i suck out 75% of water every time.)

Now, it is more worse, he is 90 degree already!

If your fish is not a betta or a guppy, it is probably a goldfish or another type of fish that is not able to live in a bowl. Any other fish get too big and are too messy so they suffocate and their gills burn in their own wastes. Bowls are just not a safe place for most fish to live. Since your fish is not doing well, you should change water every day. I would suggest also finding out exactly what kind he is and then get the proper size tank with a filter.
