 For about a week my bird has been puffing up his feathers. He eats very little,and has very runny stool. He also spends most of his time with his head tucked into his feathers asleep.he is beginning to spend time at the bottom of his cage.

You have a sick bird on your hands and (s)he needs to be seen by a Certified Avian or Exotic Animal Vet right away, or (s)he could perish very quickly.
Please let me know what the vet says.
