hatchling corn not eating

Hi,expert. This appears to be a common concern.  My son's hatchling ate 2 pinkies, stopped eating, shedded, and continues to be uninterested in food.  At what point should the corn snake see a vet?  Do hatchlings hibernate?  Temperature and humidity are all good.  I appreciate your help

What way do you defrost your pinkies? How exactly do you feed your snake?What are your temperatures and what housing do you use? What hides do you have in the tank. Hatchlings should never hibernate if the temperatures are good. Does your snake look lethargic?
