Question
I think i have a tree frog (green with feet that suck to the side of my hottub)  attached to my hottub. He likes it under the cover on edge, will he know when to leave and hibernate? I live in Wisconsin and its getting cold out at night , do i need to bring him in so he lives? Please help,
Thank you

Karen

Answer
Hi Karen,
He may have found the spot he wants to spend his winter.  I always recommend just leaving wild life where its at. If you don't want him to spend his time where he is now, then just move him to another area  such as a shrub or tree.  he will find his own place to winter over. Most times interfering with nature ends in disaster for the critter.
