sick baby gecko ASAP

Question
I have a baby leopard gecko which is patternless, she has runny poop it's black with white. the poo looks good she eats very little as I can see she is awfully thin her substance is tile the hot side is 94 deprees and the cool is 78.6 She's buy her self in a 20gal tank.
she came from Pets Mart she lived in a small tank with 6 other geckos in it.  I don't know if she's just stress or what to do I never see her in the moist hide at all she hides in her hid all the time.

Is she sick or is this normall my other gecko's are great.
I was thinking about grinding some discoid roaches and meal worm to puree substance and feed her with a syringe to give her fatter we have had her for about 3 weeks please help

Hi Beth. Sorry to hear your little Leo isn't well. It sounds to me like she might have a parasitic infection of some sort. Runny stools and weight loss are frequently indicators of parasitic infection. The best thing to do for her, would be to get a fresh stool sample to a good reptile vet to check for parasites as soon as you can. She will get worse not better if it is an infection. In the mean time, you might want to try well dusted wax worms. They are higher in fat, which is good for a lizard loosing weight. Also, be sure she is getting hydrated. You can lightly mist her with room temperature water, and she will lick the moisture off her face. Please let me know how she does, and if you need to find a herp vet, I will be happy to assist you.
