Abnormal Behaviour in a Green Iguana

I was wondering can you name a few of abnormal behaviours in a Green Iguana.

Abnormal behavior can be many but it depends on whether your iguana is a male or female?  Is he or she not basking or eating?
Is he or she having trouble supporting their weight or having strange muscle twitches, etc?
Please review your tank setup with me such as the type & brand of UVB lighting, the temperatures, humidity & feeding schedule you keep for your iguana.  How large of a tank do you have?
