getting a beardie

im getting a beardie after my birthday and i want to know what size tank would be best for a 1ft long dragon. what type of sand do i use and where do i get the tank? get back to you later by

If you plan on only the one, I'd say a 40-60 gallon breeder tank would do.  That would be the cheapest way to go.  I really like vision cages but they are more expensive.  Probably worth it, but $ matters.  I use regular sandbox type "playsand" from Lowe's/Home depot/etc.  Where to get one depends on where you are at.  If you're in central FL let me know and I'll sell you one!  If not, try websites like craiglist, you can usually find something on there.  If not, your local pet store will be happy to help.
