Shedding?

QUESTION: Hi.  I have a 9 mnth Leo gecko extreamly happy healthy and friendly.

He has always need a good shedder but he is going on his 3rd shed this month. Is it a problem or just a growth spert or something?

Wow, 3 sheds in a month?  That is quite a bit.  They can shed a couple of times per month.  
Is he still growing pretty rapidly right now?
Is he completing his sheds without any problems currently?
It could be a growth spurt yes, at only 9 months of age he will still be growing & filling out for the next 6 months or 1 year.  
Can you post a picture of him?  Is his tail base fat as well?

QUESTION: He has seemed to slow down on shedding he is currently 7 inches so I can get a nother inch or so.  He's having no problems sheddng r anything. His tail is not fat but not to skinny. Ts a good size for his age.  I was just wonderng if itncould be an illness or somethng

Hello Crystal,

Oh he will grow at least another 1-2 inches.  
It usually is not a sign of illness no, but if he starts having problems shedding then that is.  
Maybe when you are on your computer you can send me a picture later.
Are his stools normal then?  It sounds like he is a healthy leo.  :-))
