baby dragon cant eat

My baby bearded dragon has not eaten in more than a week.  He tries to catch and go after the crickets, but it's like he cant get his moouth open.  He used to like things but now just puts his head down.  I know he wants to eat bad , but something is holding him back

How old is your Beardie?

Have you been dusting his insects with calcium with vitamin D3 on a regular basis?

I dust every insect with either plain calcium or a combo of calcium with vitamin D3 and a mineral/vitamin supplement
I usually use the vit/mineral and calcium mix once per week and the plain calcium all other feedings

The next question is what strength of UV tube do you have on his tank?

What are his basking temps under the spot bulb and the temps at the cool end of his tank/enclosure?

With mouth/jaw problems-your Beardie may have MBD which can be caused by not enough calcium intake or the Beardie not processing the Calcium correctly

At this point with him not eating-I would say that your only option is to take him to a reptile vet
