It is possible, but with severe side effects to the hatchlings and a very high percentage of them will not be fertile and will never hatch. It is also extremely stressful for the parents/siblings. Not advised at all. Just find another one to breed with yours. And do your research breeding reptiles is a lot more work then you think.
