Baby Beardie wont poop?

Question
Hello!
I just got a baby beardie about two months ago. He's perfectly healthy, or so we think. We recently brought him to a vet because he wasn't eating  and was very lethargic. He said it was probably due to a blockage, and he was having trouble passing something he ate. (I only give him crickets/occasional mealworms) so I soaked him in water and he popped a bit. The next day I noticed he was eating again, but he hasn't pooped. It's been two days now and no poop. Other than that he's acting completely normal. Any opinion?

Answer
Hello Claire,

How is he doing today?
Baby beardies have very tiny intestines & have a difficult time passing larger prey items or insects that have more shell.  I would cut the mealworms out right now & just stick with small crickets & maybe some phoenix worms.  How large were the crickets?  They should't be any larger than the space between the eyes.
What type f substrate is he on, sand, paper towels, tile?
I would start giving canned sugar free applesauce along with canned pumpkin & a drop or olive or mineral oil, daily to help him pass any impaction he may have.
Also, continue the daily baths which also help when they have an impaction.
How often do you feed him?
Are you using a UVB light & calcium also?
What are the temperatures in the tank & what type of thermometer do you use?

Let me know how he is doing.
