Me again and i am afraid there is yet another problem, my gecko has seemed to have a closed nostrle and there is tissue that has grown over it and im wondering what to do, if imust i will cut it back open to let her breathe more easily and find her pray faster and keep in mind that she is a leopard gecko just so you know.

Hello Brad,

Have you tried bathing him to see if you can get that nostril unclogged?  You could also use a swab or q-tip as well to try & loosen it up.  
Do you have a picture of her?  
Do you have a moist hide/cave for her on the warm side of her tank for her?
What are the temperatures in the tank?
