boas red tail

i currently own a few corns and a ball but im considering a red tail boa any boa for that matter or a carpet python im just wondering what kind of temperment these two snakes have? i prefer not to get bit but understand it happenes im alos very intrested in green tree pythonns but understand they dont make good pets and  cant be handled is this true?

well i have both actually and my carpet is a little more agressive than my red tail,if yuo start with a baby boa and handle daily they tend to be nice snakes the only time my female "anselm" has ever bitten me was when she was pregnantand i picked her up,my carpet actually takes a strike at me at least once a week lol and then seems ok after wards,green tree or emerald pythons are for sure a non handling snake they can be very agressive and dish out a nasty bite.but are very good looking snakes .
