My guinea pig (female) use to have a bump on her neck that was absess, and this morning, I saw a red flap thing, and its red around it (possibly blood or pus), it looked like a tube at one point, but Im not sure. Is it really serious, should I go to the vet or just leave it?

I would try to take this animal to the vet.  It sounds as though she may have an infection of some sort or that the abcess may bave ruptured.  I would have her looked at.
