bulling

i have a female that has recentley given birth to 4 guinea pigs. the 2 boys have gone now but we now have 3 female guinea pigs left in the hutch. i have recently noticed that the smallest female has being getting bullied by the mother and sister. they keep attaking this little guinea pig. how should i get them to get along.

Hi Kirsty

It depends on how serious the bullying is. If the little one is getting hurt and has scratches and bruises then you need to separate them. If its just a matter of nudging, you should be ok with supervision. It should be something they grow out of.
