unwell guinea pig

My pig is very luthargic. Finds it very hard to walk. Squeals with each step. Can you help please

Oh Andy, I wish I could give you encouraging news but I'm afraid this is a very sick pig. Guinea pigs tend to hide their illnesses until it's too late in many cases. You don't say how old he is, but if he's over four it's very possible he has reached the end of this lifespan.

I'm so sorry I can't tell you what is wrong and how to fix it.  I fear that by the time you get this message it will already be too late. I am so very sorry I can't help you.
